Job Description

We are looking for loyal employees. You must be on-time and work every shift that you are scheduled. Only apply if you are ready to work immediately. Defined Responsibilities include; 1. Provide and assist with personal care & ADL(i.e., dressing, bathing, oral care, skin, nail and hair). 2. Assist with ambulation and transfer with or without assertive/mechanical devices. 3. Perform incidental household services which are essential to the client's care at home. 4. Record and Report changes in the client's condition, family situation or needs to the nurse administrator or appropriate authorities. 5. Provide companionship and/or emotional support. 6. Assist or administer bed or tub bath, basin, shower or sitz bath. 7. Make an occupied or unoccupied bed. 8. Assist with planning and preparing proper nutritional meals per physician's order while maintaining proper food handling, food storage, and pest control. 9. Prepare client for mealtime and assist with feeding. 10. Empty/record drainage of catheter bag, record intake. 11. Assist client with bedpan and/or urinal 12. Provide basic first aid. 13. Observe, record, and report self-administered medications. 14. Assist in organizing household items 15. Report to work with a clean, well-groomed appearance at all times. 16. Maintain professional boundaries with clients at all times. 17. Complete other duties as may be assigned.
