We're rolling out a self-scheduling pilot to improve work-life balance and reduce last-minute schedule changes. ?Nurse Pathway:
If you would like to become a nurse (LPN/RN) , we want to support your goals. Training/schooling support may be available for eligible team members (details discussed during interview). Schedule 12-hour shifts: 7a-7p / 7p-7a Full-time, part-time, and PRN options Opportunity to pick up additional shifts (optional) Pay Competitive pay based on experience and shift Shift differentials for nights/weekends (where applicable) Benefits 401(k) Health Insurance Vision Insurance Dental Insurance Life Insurance Accident Insurance Short-Term Disability & Long-Term Disability PTO/Sick Vacation Pay CNA responsibilities Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, toileting, transfers, repositioning) Answer call lights and support resident safety and comfort Take and record vital signs/I&O as assigned Observe and report changes in condition to the nurse promptly Provide respectful, resident-centered care and teamwork with the unit CMA (Medication Aide) responsibilities Administer medications within CMA scope and facility policy Document medication administration accurately and on time Monitor residents for side effects/adverse reactions and report promptly Communicate missed/refused meds, PRNs, and medication concerns to the nurseRequirements CNA:
Current CNA certification (state-approved)CMA/Medication Aide:
