This role involves providing personal care, emotional support, and assistance with daily living activities to patients in end-of-life care. As a Hospice Aide, you will play a critical role in enhancing the well-being of our patients, adhering to our mission of quality, innovation, and personalized care. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN) or licensed practical nurse (LPN). Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and maintaining hygiene. Monitor and report changes in patient's condition and needs to the supervisory nurse. Ensure a clean and safe environment for the patient by performing light housekeeping tasks. Offer emotional support and companionship to patients and their families. Record and maintain accurate patient care documentation. Comply with all healthcare regulations, standards, and policies.
