Job Responsibilities:

Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes in condition to the nursing staff Provide emotional support and companionship to residents Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong sense of empathy and compassion, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A current CNA certification is required for this role.
