Job Summary Provides essential bedside care and support to patients on our Med Surg unit in a Critical Access Hospital setting, which may include acute, swing bed, and emergency department coverage - a fast-paced, hands-on role supporting compassionate, patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities Assist patients with daily living activities, mobility, and personal care Take vital signs, collect specimens, and document patient information accurately Assist physicians and providers with routine exams and procedures Transport patients and specimens throughout the hospital Cross-train across departments as needed (acute, swing bed, emergency department) High school diploma or equivalent ND CNA certification, or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire Willing to work a rotating schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays West River Health Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
