The CNA will provide direct patient care and support to residents, ensuring comfort, dignity, and quality of life in a supportive care environment. Key Responsibilities Provide hands-on daily care to residents in a long-term care setting Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, feeding, and mobility support Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents Collaborate effectively with nursing and care teams Requirements Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification Prior experience in LTC/SNF preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care Ability to work 12-hour shifts and adapt to facility scheduling needs For more details contact at hdavda@navitashealth.com or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
