Qualifications Successful completion of a Nursing Assistant training program and compliance with applicable certification requirements.

Commitment to ongoing professional development through educational programs, in-service training, and continuing learning opportunities.

Ability to work as part of a collaborative healthcare team while maintaining a resident-centered approach to care. Responsibilities Provide compassionate, resident-focused personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and daily living activities.

Obtain and document vital signs as directed.

Assist residents with mobility, transfers, repositioning, and ambulation using proper techniques and equipment.

Support residents during meals, snacks, and nutritional supplement times while promoting a positive dining experience.

Accurately document resident care, observations, and behavioral changes according to facility policies.

Properly handle, transport, and dispose of linens, supplies, and other materials while maintaining infection control standards.

Foster meaningful interactions that promote resident dignity, comfort, and emotional well-being. Benefits
