Hillcrest Hospice Care is looking for a compassionate and dependable Hospice Assistant (CNA) who wants to provide comfort, dignity, and meaningful support to patients and their families during one of life's most important stages. As a Hospice Assistant, you'll provide one-on-one personal care to patients in their homes and care communities. You'll work alongside our nurses and interdisciplinary hospice team to help patients remain comfortable, safe, and cared for while providing families with reassurance and support. What You'll Do As a Hospice Assistant, you'll provide individualized care based on each patient's plan of care. Most importantly, you'll bring a calm, caring, and reassuring presence to patients and families when they need it most. What Makes You a Great Fit? Hospice takes a special kind of caregiver. We're looking for someone who understands that sometimes the smallest things—a warm conversation, gentle care, noticing a subtle change, or simply taking the time to listen—can make the biggest difference. What You'll Need Nebraska Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required. Two years of personal care experience preferred. One year of Home Care or Hospice experience preferred.
