As a CNA or CMA, you'll play an essential role in enhancing the lives of our residents. You'll assist with daily care needs, provide meaningful companionship, and help maintain a safe and welcoming environment.

Each shift offers the opportunity to build relationships, support resident independence, and make a lasting difference in someone's day.

Primary Responsibilities

CNA Responsibilities Assist residents with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility

Encourage resident independence whenever possible

Monitor and report changes in residents' physical or emotional conditions

Provide compassionate support and companionship

Assist with meals, hydration, and daily activities

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe living environment

Complete accurate documentation of resident care Additional CMA Responsibilities Administer medications according to physician orders and facility protocols

Observe and report medication concerns or side effects

Maintain medication records and documentation

Follow all state regulations and safety guidelines Qualifications Active Nebraska CNA or CMA certification required

Certification must be in good standing

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively as part of a care team

Dependable, professional, and compassionate attitude
