We're looking for a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Medication Aide (MA) to join our team. In this role, you'll provide quality resident care, build meaningful relationships, and contribute to a positive, supportive environment where residents and team members thrive.
Key Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living
Provide compassionate, resident-centered care
Administer medications in accordance with regulations and facility policies (MA)
Observe, report, and document changes in resident condition
Support resident safety, comfort, and well-being
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment Qualifications Current Nebraska CNA certification or eligible Medication Aide certification
Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Dependable, professional, and committed to quality care
Ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, and coworkers Position Details Full-time hourly position
Schedule:
6:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Weekend rotation required
Holiday rotation required
Shift and weekend differential available
