What You'll Do:
Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents during the overnight hours Assist with personal hygiene, mobility, and comfort needs Document care provided and report any changes in residents' conditions Ensure a clean, safe, and restful environment for residents Support your fellow team members to ensure continuity of care through the night
