This role is a 13-week travel Certified Nursing Assistant assignment on the evening shift in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility near Norfolk, Nebraska. You will provide high-quality resident care, collaborate with the nursing team, and lead shift activities while ensuring safety and accurate documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality resident care consistent with facility policies and care plans Collaborate with the nursing team to monitor residents' health status and report changes promptly Maintain accurate documentation of care activities and resident observations Lead shift activities, ensuring staff adherence to protocols and resident safety Execute resident safety procedures, including fall prevention and emergency response Coordinate shift activities and communicate effectively with residents and staff Flexibly work rotating weekends and evening shifts
Qualifications:
Certified Nursing Assistant certification from an accredited program Valid CNA certification in Nebraska Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Minimum 1 year of long-term care or skilled nursing facility experience Proven shift-leadership experience Experience working with elderly or long-term care residents Strong communication and interpersonal skills Flexibility to work rotating weekends and evening shifts

Qualifications:
You hold a valid Nebraska CNA certification and BLS. You have at least one year LTC/SNF experience leading shifts. You can work rotating weekends, evenings, and ensure resident safety
