Responsibilities:

Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Provide assistance with medication administration and vital sign monitoring Assist with mobility and transfers, as needed Ensure residents' safety and well-being by monitoring their environment and reporting any concerns Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and staff members Participate in meal services, social activities, and resident events Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and activities

Requirements:
