Summary As a Restorative Therapy Aid CNA at Therapy Works of Nebraska, you will play a vital role in supporting our therapists and enhancing patient care. This position is M-F day shift and is essential for ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality of therapeutic services in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities Assist in implementing treatment plans and therapeutic exercises. Prepare treatment areas and ensure all necessary equipment is ready for patient sessions. Help patients with mobility and exercises as directed by therapists. Maintain accurate records of patient progress and report any changes to the therapy team. Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients during their visits. Requirements Must be a CNA Minimum of two years experience working in a therapy setting or with the geriatric population. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on patient service and care. Ability to work effectively in a clinical setting under the supervision of licensed therapists. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
