Assist with personal care , including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation Provide medication reminders Prepare meals and encourage proper nutrition and hydration Provide companionship and social interaction Assist with errands, appointments, and transportation when needed Perform light housekeeping to help maintain a safe and comfortable home Observe and report changes in a client's condition or needs Complete accurate care notes and communicate with the care team Follow each client's individualized care plan and safety guidelines What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous caregiving or senior care experience preferred CNA certification preferred, but not required CPR and First Aid certification is a plus Compassionate, dependable, and respectful approach to client care Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to follow care plans and work as part of a team Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance Ability to perform physical caregiving duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
