Job Description

Locals Caring for Locals At Bedford Nursing and Rehab, we are dedicated to offering high-quality care in a nurturing and welcoming environment. We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Nurse Assistants (LNAs) to join our dynamic team. Available Shifts:
per-diem team members do not have a set schedule and work as needed based on available shifts
Compensation:
$21.00 - $26.00 based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct resident care and assist with daily living activities. Support residents with compassion, patience, and respect. Communicate effectively with nurses, residents, and families. Maintain accurate documentation of care provided. Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.
Qualifications:
Current Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) license in the State of New Hampshire. Strong commitment to resident care and customer service. Reliable, compassionate, and a true team player. Experience in long-term care preferred but not required - we provide training and support! Make a real difference every day in a place that values both residents and staff.
