9666098-03038 Job Description Deliver essential care and support as a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) in a dynamic elementary school environment. This contract opportunity offers meaningful interaction with 5th-grade students who have complex medical needs, requiring a compassionate and adaptable professional. The position includes both in-school responsibilities and bus riding duties, with full-time hours beginning as soon as possible. This interim assignment will continue until a pending out-of-district placement decision.

Schedule:

Full-time (specific hours provided upon request) Includes student transportation (bus riding support)

Required Qualifications:

Active LNA (Licensed Nursing Assistant) license Proven experience as a CNA or LNA, particularly assisting elementary-age students with significant medical needs Comfortable supervising and caring for students in a 2:1 staff-student ratio Willingness and ability to support students during bus transportation Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach within a school-based care team

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide hands-on personal and medical care to assigned students throughout the school day Monitor, document, and report on students health status and progress as required Assist students with activities of daily living, mobility, and safe transport to and from school Collaborate closely with teachers, school nurses, and therapists to facilitate a safe, inclusive environment Respond promptly and effectively to students medical or behavioral needs
