Full-Time Includes bus riding responsibilities

Main Responsibilities:

Deliver daily health services and personal care for a 5th-grade student, working primarily in a 2:1 student-to-assistant ratio Accompany and support the student on bus transportation as needed Monitor and document health status, reporting concerns to appropriate staff Administer basic medical interventions and assist with activities of daily living Collaborate with teachers, school nurses, and staff to provide holistic care in alignment with individualized healthcare plans Maintain a supportive, safe, and inclusive environment for the student

Qualifications:

Current, active CNA certification (LNA license) Proven experience supporting school-aged children with complex healthcare needs, preferably in a similar 2:1 capacity Skilled in bus transportation care and supervision Strong communication and teamwork capabilities Ability to remain calm, compassionate, and resourceful in a school setting
