As an LNA or Caregiver, you are the heart of our organization. You will provide one-on-one, compassionate care to clients in the comfort of their homes, helping them maintain their independence and dignity. Provide personal care and assistance with daily activities (bathing, dressing, grooming). Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and joyful companionship. Support patient assessments and monitor vital signs under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (for LNAs). Help implement personalized client care plans to ensure safety and comfort.What We Are Looking For:
Experience/License:
A current New Hampshire LNA license OR a minimum of 1 year of hands-on caregiving experience (Home health, assisted living, or long-term care preferred). Heart forService:
