Weekend Requirement:

Every weekend required LNA Responsibilities Provide direct patient care and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs). Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding as needed. Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing staff. Take and record vital signs as directed. Assist with transfers, mobility, positioning, and ambulation. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents. Follow facility policies, infection-control procedures, and safety protocols. Document care provided accurately and timely. Work collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare team members. Requirements Active New Hampshire LNA license/certification . Previous long-term care or skilled nursing facility experience preferred. Ability to work 3 PM-11 PM and 40 hours per week .
