Licensed Nursing AssistantPosition SummaryWe are seeking a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to provide compassionate hands-on care and support to patients with daily living and basic healthcare needs. The LNA will assist with personal care, mobility, vital signs, and maintaining a safe and comfortable environment.
Responsibilities Assist patients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and other activities of daily living. Measure and record vital signs and report changes to the nursing team. Assist patients with mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation. Provide support with meals and hydration as needed. Maintain patient comfort, dignity, and safety. Observe and report changes in patients' physical or behavioral condition. Assist with routine patient care and nursing procedures within scope of practice. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment. Document care provided accurately and timely. Follow infection control, patient safety, and facility care standards. Communicate effectively with nurses, patients, families, and other healthcare staff.
Qualifications Current Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) license or certification as applicable. Completion of an approved nursing assistant training program. Previous healthcare or nursing assistant experience preferred. Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient-care skills. Ability to assist patients safely with mobility and daily care needs. Compassionate, dependable, and able to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
