Job Summary:

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to patients while assisting with daily activities and supporting nurses in maintaining patient comfort, safety, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. Monitor and report changes in patients' condition to nursing staff. Take and record vital signs as directed. Assist with feeding and maintaining proper nutrition and hydration. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable patient environment. Provide emotional support and respectful patient care. Follow facility policies, infection-control procedures, and safety standards.

Requirements:

Active LNA License for NH as required by the state BLS certification. Previous healthcare or long-term care experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team. Compassionate, dependable, and detail oriented. HC01 How to
