Job Description

. Job Title Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) Location Hanover, NH | Skilled Nursing Facility Schedule / Job Type Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Onsite Key Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
  • Obtain and document vital signs while promptly reporting changes in resident condition to the nursing team
  • Assist with transfers using gait belts, Hoyer lifts, and other mobility equipment as needed
  • Promote resident comfort, dignity, and independence through compassionate, high-quality care
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow infection prevention, safety, and facility policies
  • Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and the interdisciplinary team to support excellent resident outcomes Additional Information

  • Active New Hampshire LNA license (or eligible by endorsement)
  • Current BLS certification required
  • Minimum 1 year of CNA/LNA experience Preferred Experience / Skills
  • Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting
