The Inn at Fairview is seeking a compassionate and reliable Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to join our memory care assisted living team. This role is ideal for someone who is kind, patient, dependable, and committed to providing meaningful support in a warm memory care environment. The LNA/PCA will assist with daily care while helping promote comfort, dignity, safety, and quality of life for those who call The Inn home. This is a part-time position with hours of 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Full-time opportunities may also be available.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting with daily personal care needs Supporting comfort, safety, and overall well-being Helping create a calm, respectful, and compassionate environment Providing assistance with mobility, meals, activities, and daily routines as needed Communicating changes or concerns to the nursing team Working under the supervision of an LPN or RN Following care plans, facility policies, and safety guidelines

Requirements:

Current LNA license in the state of New Hampshire preferred Completion of a 120-hour Nurse Assistant Training Course and successful passing of the State Evaluation for LNA candidates PCA experience or caregiving experience a plus Compassionate, dependable, and patient Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work as part of a supportive care team At The Inn at Fairview, we are looking for someone who brings kindness, patience, and heart to each shift.
