Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct 1:1 assistance to a preschool-aged student throughout their morning program. Provide health, safety, and daily care support within your LNA scope of practice. Monitor and respond to the student's individualized health and care needs, following their tailored plan. Collaborate effectively with nursing staff, teachers, and the broader student support team. Maintain timely, accurate documentation and communicate any changes or concerns regarding the student's needs. Adapt to and accommodate student-specific medical directives as these are determined.

Qualifications:

Hold an active New Hampshire LNA license. Comfort providing 1:1 care for young children, especially in a preschool setting. Experience with pediatric or school-based care strongly preferred. Dependable availability Monday through Friday, with a focus on morning hours. Strong communication skills and collaborative approach. Flexibility as assignment dates and specific student support requirements are finalized.

Assignment type: Part-Time School Contract Morning schedule: Monday to Friday, approximately 3.25 hours daily, 16.25 hours per week.

Structured hours:

Preschool class runs 7:50 AM - 10:35 AM. Work individually with a student attending the preschool, with precise needs to be specified prior to assignment start.
