We are looking for people who are excited as we are to support seniors and each other by living our values of compassion, respect, integrity, professionalism, and teamwork, and be a part of The Baldwin's very special and caring culture. Responsibilities will include performing routine nursing duties and activities of daily living, providing daily documentation of resident care provided, providing care and services according to resident's care plan as outlined in medical record, and assisting residents with medically necessary tests & procedures, as ordered by the physician. The ideal candidates will display a genuine interest and compassion for the aging, possess openness in maintaining a multi-disciplinary team approach to care for the elderly, be able to maintain a cooperative and courteous attitude despite simultaneous tasks in a fast-paced environment, and have a wiliness to learn and grow.
