Key Qualifications:

Current and active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license required Prior experience providing support to fifth-grade students, particularly those with complex medical conditions Strong commitment to safety and comfort during in-school hours and bus transitions Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality, dignity, and respect in all student interactions Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset, especially in a school setting

Role Responsibilities:

Support students in a 2:1 ratio, ensuring medical and personal needs are met throughout the school day Collaborate with nursing staff and educational teams to develop and implement care plans Supervise and accompany students on bus rides, guaranteeing a seamless, safe transition between school and home Employ discretion, tact, and respect for student privacy at all times Accurately document daily care activities and incident reports as necessary
