Whether you're an experienced LNA or newly licensed, we welcome team members who are passionate about helping others.

What You'll Do:

Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility Support residents with meals, hydration, and personal care needs Build meaningful relationships with residents and families Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team Maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans Help create a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment for residents

What We're Looking For:

Current LNA license valid in the state of New Hampshire Compassionate and resident-centered approach to care Reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment Why Join Our Team?
