Entry Level Salary:

$20 - $24 per hour Job Details - What You Need to Apply A Licensed Nursing Assistant in good standing with the New Hampshire Board of Nursing. CPR certified, with a satisfactory background check and motor vehicle record. Reliable, compassionate, and committed to delivering exceptional patient‑centered care. Comfortable working independently in the home setting while collaborating with a supportive clinical team.

Preferred:

experience in home care and/or caring for patients with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, COPD, cancer, or post‑surgical needs; ability to perform PT/INR checks.

A bit about us:

- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to patients and families in a community hospice house setting. The LNA will assist patients with activities of daily living, personal care, comfort measures, mOur Clientlity, and maintaining a safe and supportive environment. This role works closely with RNs and the interdisciplinary hospice team to ensure patients receive dignified, individualized end-of-life care.
