Full-time and part-time openings Monday

• Friday schedules 7:00am
• 7:00pm, and 7:00pm
• 7:00am Weekend Baylor (+ Baylor pay!) Weekend Warrior (+ Weekend Warrior pay!) Per diem/PRN (as needed) Morning shift (7:00am
• 3:00pm) Evening shift (3:00pm
• 11:00pm) Night Shift (11:00pm
• 7:00am) Our Nursing Assistants have the opportunity to work in a variety of clinical settings, including: Short-Term Rehabilitation Skilled Nursing Long-Term Care Memory Support / Dementia Care What You'll Do Provide support and direct care to residents in accordance with care plans Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, feeding, grooming, and toileting) Build compassionate connections and provide emotional support Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes Monitor vital signs Maintain accurate and timely documentation Promote resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life Qualifications Active LNA license in New Hampshire Current CPR certification preferred Long-term care, rehabilitation, or memory care experience preferred, but not required Strong communication and teamwork skills Commitment to providing exceptional resident-centered care Why Cedar?
