Now Under New Management! Join Our Team at Cedar Healthcare Center - Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) Cedar Healthcare Center, a senior living and rehabilitation community in Portsmouth, NH, is seeking a dependable and compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) or CNA to join our team.
Position :
Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA)
Schedule :
Full-Time, Evenings (3pm - 11pm)
Location :
Portsmouth, NH Sign-On Bonus!: $5,000 thru 08/31/26!
Pay Range :
$21.00 - $31.00
Evening Shift Differential :
Additional $3.50 per hour
What You'll Do :
Provide direct care to residents in accordance with care plans Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, feeding) Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff Support mealtime setup, feeding assistance, and intake documentation Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges Follow infection control and safety protocols Maintain accurate documentation and flow sheets
What We're Looking For :
Current, valid LNA or CNA license in the state of New Hampshire Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Ability to work independently and stay organized Long-term care experience preferred, but new grads welcome!
