Certified Nursing Assistant-CNA Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Active, unencumbered CNA certification in the state of New Jersey Previous long term care experience is preferred but not required Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills Compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to resident care Perform all duties in accordance with local, state and federal guidelines.
