Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate, person-centered care to residents Assist with activities of daily living while promoting resident independence Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team Maintain accurate documentation and follow facility policies and procedures Help create a safe clean, and welcoming environment for residents

Qualifications:

Current state-tested NJ CNA certification OR are currently enrolled in a CNA program, have passed the skills exam, and can provide appropriate paperwork to work as an NA for up to 120 days Experience in long-term care, subacute rehab, or memory care preferred, but new CNAs are welcome to apply Willingness to work in subacute, long-term care, or memory care units serving a diverse resident population Spanish speaking candidates are encouraged to apply ( a plus, but not required) Why Join Our Team?
