Duties Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating. Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse. Provide support in medication administration under the supervision of nursing staff. Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Assist with mobility needs using equipment such as Hoyer lifts and wheelchairs. Support patients with special needs including those with developmental disabilities, dementia, or Alzheimer's disease. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans. Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients by adhering to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols.
