As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients and residents. With a strong focus on Spanish-speaking patients and residents through our Mi Hogar program, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse population and make a meaningful impact in their lives. About the Role As a Certified Nursing Assistant at Spring Creek Healthcare Center, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents under the supervision of our licensed nurses.
Your duties will include:
Providing vital signs and reporting changes to the nursing staff Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Supporting residents with mobility and ambulation Maintaining a safe and clean environment for our residents Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members Responsibilities Deliver exceptional care to our patients and residents, prioritizing their comfort, safety, and well-being Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment through teamwork and communication About Us Spring Creek Healthcare Center is a premier nursing home located in Elizabeth, New Jersey, with a strong commitment to our patients, residents, and employees.
