Role:
As a CNA at Mystic Meadows Rehab & Nursing Center, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents. Your expertise will enhance our delivery of Short-Term & Long-Term Care , Skilled Nursing , Rehabilitation Services , and Behavioral Care . Your compassionate and empathetic nature will create a welcoming environment for our residents and their families.
Responsibilities:
Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff Support residents with mobility and dexterity issues through proper transfer techniques Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of resident care Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive care plans Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
Requirements:
Current Certification as a Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) in the State of New Jersey Ability to work flexible shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate and patient-focused attitude If you are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and are committed to creating a warm and welcoming environment, we encourage you to apply.
