As a CNA at Mystic Meadows Rehab & Nursing Center, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents. Your expertise will enhance our delivery of Short-Term & Long-Term Care , Skilled Nursing , Rehabilitation Services , and Behavioral Care . Responsibilities:

Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff Support residents with mobility and dexterity issues through proper transfer techniques Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of resident care Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive care plans Provide emotional support and companionship to residents

Requirements:
