As a Nursing Assistant (NA), you will be a vital part of our collaborative nursing team, supporting Registered Nurses in providing hands-on care and helping create a safe, welcoming environment for patients. You'll assist with daily needs such as vital signs, mobility, and personal care, while helping RNs monitor conditions and carry out care plans. Your attention, empathy, and teamwork help restore comfort and dignity for every patient you serve and make our mission to improve lives a reality each day. As a Nursing Assistant (NA), a typical day may include: Assisting patients with activities of daily living and providing nursing care to patients including taking vital signs, EKGS, performing phlebotomy, assisting with bedside care, i.e. bathing, mouth care, skin care.

Monitor vital signs including blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and temperature to track patient health status

Document patient information accurately in electronic health records (EHR) systems while maintaining strict confidentiality

Implement infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff, adhering to facility policies

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to coordinate care plans and address concerns

Support emergency response efforts by applying Basic Life Support (BLS) skills such as CPR when needed in acute situations

Providing patient care, based on physical, education, safety, and related criteria, appropriate to the age of the patients

Providing for effective and safe patient outcomes through practice, judgment and critical actions

Ongoing communication with patients and nursing colleagues regarding status of patient's care

Participating in collaboration of our patient's plan of care from admission to discharge to ensure safe transitioning This role might be for you if: Thriving in a fast-paced environment energizes you, especially in providing hands on care to our most vulnerable in an impactful way

Continuous learning and growth matter to you To be considered for this NA opportunity, you must have a High School Diploma / GED and a current American Heart Association BLS certification. Previous nursing assistant experience or clinical experience from an accredited nursing program is preferred or a CNA certificate. This position offers a Full-Time Evening schedule from 3:00pm to 11:00pm and includes every other weekend as well as some holidays.
