Job Overview Let Mommy Sleep Newborn Care Agency is seeking Night Nannies & Newborn Care Provider's give nurturing care to newborns and evidence-based postpartum education to parents through the night. Nursing students, CNA's, Techs and Home Health Aides with baby care experience are also encouraged to apply. Let Mommy Sleep Agency is a complete team of baby nurses, lactation consultants, postpartum doulas, twin experts and newborn care providers serving families since 2010. We offer flexible schedules, continuing education, hands on mother/baby experience and a wonderful team to support you. Duties Provide attentive care to infants, in a safe and engaging environment. Caregivers are expected to feed, diaper, soothe, swaddle and gently care for single babies and twins through the night.. Document nightly routines Breast and bottle feeding support, safety instruction and mental and physical postpartum support of new parents is expected. Shifts are typically from 10pm-7am during which time caregivers are expected to be awake. There are daytime opportunities as well. Qualifications Proven experience in childcare settings such as daycare, preschool, or as a nanny. Strong background in early childhood education or related fields. Ability to provide infant care, including feeding, diapering, and comforting. First aid certification is a plus. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with families and team members. A genuine passion for working with children
