You Will:

Provide compassionate, personalized care by assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and transfers Observe residents and promptly report changes in physical or emotional condition to the nursing team Encourage residents to remain active, engaged, and connected through meaningful interactions and daily activities Assist with repositioning, ambulation, meals, and other resident care needs while promoting dignity and independence Maintain accurate documentation of care provided Work collaboratively with nurses, medication aides, and fellow caregivers to deliver outstanding resident care Help create a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment where residents can thrive What We're Looking For Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in assisted living, long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or home health is preferred Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for serving older adults Join Our Team At Arbor Terrace Morris Plains, our residents—and the people who care for them—are at the center of everything we do.
