Job Description

A health services network in New Jersey is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join a skilled nursing and assisted living community in Parsippany. This role provides resident-centered rehabilitation care in a collaborative setting with opportunities for both full-time and part-time availability.  About the

Monday through Friday with one weekend rotation

Setting:
Skilled Nursing & Assisted Living Responsibilities:
Provide and direct rehabilitation care in accordance with accepted practice standards and regulatory requirements Evaluate resident needs and develop effective, efficient treatment plans Coordinate treatment plans with staff and other disciplines as needed Document clinical care accurately and timely to support center and regulatory requirements Participate in screenings, in-service training, and other center-directed activities
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Physical Therapy Current and active Physical Therapist license in the state of operations
Desired Skills:
Experience working with older adult rehabilitation Knowledge of governmental and regulatory guidelines in healthcare settings
