CNA Instructor - Registered Nurse (RN) Always Health Institute is seeking a qualified and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a CNA Instructor. Requirements Current, active RN license Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a licensed health-care facility Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a long-term care experience Strong clinical knowledge and communication skills Professional, dependable, and organized Passion for teaching and mentoring students Previous teaching or training experience is a plus, but not required Responsibilities Teach and prepare students for their Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification Provide classroom and hands-on clinical instruction Demonstrate proper nursing and patient-care techniques Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback Maintain a positive, professional, and supportive learning environment Ensure students are properly prepared for their CNA certification exam and future careers in healthcare Why Join Always Health Institute?
