Our program is designed to help adults and their families by providing care and assistance to adults during the day, while they continue to live in their familiar home surroundings at night. In this position, the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting seniors with daily tasks and providing personal care in a safe and therapeutic environment. The right candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, bilingual english/spanish is required and enjoy working with older individuals.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with their ADLs. Observe patients for changes in behavior or physical condition. Perform other duties as assigned by a nurse or physician. Respond to nursing emergencies.
