Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Spring Creek Healthcare Center, a premier nursing home located in Perth Amboy, NJ. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, with a focus on building strong relationships and a commitment to cultural sensitivity. Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), medication administration, and vital sign monitoring Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members Participate in resident assessment, care planning, and documentation Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care Perform restorative care activities, such as ambulation, range of motion exercises, and toileting assistance Adhere to Spring Creek Healthcare Center's policies and procedures, as well as applicable state and federal regulations
Requirements:
Current CNA certification in the state of New Jersey High school diploma or equivalent required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
