This position offers a consistent weekend-only schedule, competitive hourly pay, and approximately 33 scheduled hours across Saturday and Sunday. Schedule Saturday:
7:00 a.m.-11:30 p.m.
Sunday:
7:00 a.m.-11:30 p.m. Candidates must be available to work the complete shift on both days. Responsibilities Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and other activities of daily living. Take and accurately record vital signs as directed. Assist with meals, hydration, repositioning, transfers, and ambulation. Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to the nursing team. Respond compassionately to residents' needs throughout the shift. Maintain accurate and timely care documentation. Keep resident rooms and care areas clean, comfortable, and safe. Follow infection-control, safety, and facility procedures. Collaborate effectively with nurses, CNAs, and other members of the care team. Protect each resident's dignity, privacy, comfort, and independence. Requirements Active New Jersey CNA certification in good standing. Previous skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care experience preferred. Current CPR or BLS certification. Current physical and tuberculosis screening. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Ability to remain attentive and provide quality care throughout an extended shift. Availability to work the complete Saturday and Sunday schedule. Ability to complete onboarding and compliance requirements promptly. What We Offer $28.00 per hour. Weekly direct deposit. Consistent weekend-only schedule.
