Job Description

ShiftKey, LLC is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to deliver compassionate, hands-on care across partnered healthcare facilities. As a CNA, you'll assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and mobility, while closely monitoring and reporting changes in patient condition. You'll record vital signs, support meal intake, follow infection control and safety protocols, and maintain accurate documentation. Working within a mission-driven, tech-enabled marketplace, you'll choose shifts that fit your schedule while collaborating with nurses and facility teams to ensure high-quality patient care. Responsibilities Provide direct bedside care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting support. Measure and record vital signs, intake/output, and report condition changes promptly. Assist with safe patient mobility, transfers, and positioning using proper body mechanics. Support nutrition by helping with meals, monitoring appetite, and following care plans. Maintain accurate, timely documentation in facility systems or EHRs. Follow infection prevention, safety, and fall-prevention protocols at all times. Collaborate with RNs, LPNs, and facility staff to deliver coordinated patient care. Provide compassionate emotional support while maintaining patient dignity and privacy. Prepare rooms, restock supplies, and keep care areas clean and organized. Comply with all facility policies, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements.
