Job Summary:
Griswold Home Care, a leading provider of in-home care services, has immediate openings for Caregivers, CHHAs, and CNAs in Camden County. This is a part-time, hourly position in the healthcare/medical field, located in Camden County, New Jersey. As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and quality care to clients in their homes. Compensation & Benefits:
The compensation for this position ranges from $18.25 to $25.25 per hour. In addition to competitive pay, eligible employees will have access to ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing Assist with mobility and transfers Monitor clients' care and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate parties Help prepare meals and assist with feeding, if necessary Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients Engage clients in meaningful activities and provide companionship Maintain documentation and communicate regularly with the care team Adhere to all policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations, related to caregiving and client care
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in caregiving or a related role preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable transportation Willingness to undergo a background check Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed
