We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team on all shifts. About the
Role:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Mystic Meadows Rehab & Nursing Center, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents. You will work closely with our skilled nursing team to provide personalized support and assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Your exceptional communication skills will enable you to build strong relationships with our residents, families, and healthcare team.
Responsibilities:
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Provide emotional support and companionship to residents Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans Participate in resident assessments, care planning, and quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:
