Job Description

ShiftKey, LLC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support healthcare facilities through our digital marketplace platform. In this role, you'll deliver hands-on patient care, including bathing, grooming, feeding, mobility support, and vital sign monitoring, while collaborating closely with nursing and clinical teams. You'll follow individualized care plans, maintain a clean and safe environment, and accurately document care. This role offers flexibility, exposure to multiple facilities, and the opportunity to impact patient outcomes within a mission-driven, tech-forward healthcare staffing company. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding Measure and record vital signs, intake/output, and report changes in patient condition Assist nurses and clinical staff with treatments, transfers, and mobility support Maintain clean, safe patient environments and follow infection control protocols Document care accurately in facility systems and follow care plans Support patient comfort, dignity, and privacy at all times Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams Follow safety, HIPAA, and facility policies and procedures Required Skills Patient care and ADL support Vital signs measurement Infection control practices Electronic health record (EHR) documentation Safe patient handling and transfer techniques Basic medical terminology Observation and reporting of patient changes HIPAA compliance Time management in clinical settings Communication with patients and clinical teams
