Key Responsibilities:

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Provide support with mobility, transfers, and positioning Monitor and report changes in residents' physical or emotional condition to nursing staff Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents Document care provided in accordance with facility policies and procedures Collaborate with nursing staff and other team members to ensure continuity of care Compensation Hourly compensation starting at $21.00 with full benefits, up to $24.00 with no frills

Weekend Baylor:

Double shifts on Saturdays and Sundays and paid for 5 shifts! Sign on

Qualifications:

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of New Jersey Previous experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting preferred Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care Ability to work effectively in a team environment Occasional weekend shifts may be required.
