Tower Lodge Care Center is one of New Jersey's premier providers of long-term care, skilled nursing, and rehabilitation services. We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to provide high-quality, hands-on care to our residents. We are currently looking for Full-time & Part-time CNAs, across all shifts.

Qualifications :

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of New Jersey Previous experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting preferred Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care Ability to work effectively in a team environment Occasional weekend shifts may be required.

Compensation:

Part-Time, Rate :

$23.00 Weekdays, and $28.00 on the Weekends. This is a non-benefit position for the right individual looking to work a committed schedule of 2-3 shifts per week (with the opportunity to pick up additional shifts due to callouts, and vacation.

Full-Time, Rate :

Up to $24.00 depending on Benefits taken.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Provide support with mobility, transfers, and positioning Monitor and report changes in residents' physical or emotional condition to nursing staff Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents Document care provided in accordance with facility policies and procedures Collaborate with nursing staff and other team members to ensure continuity of care Our team is committed to supporting each resident's health, comfort, and overall well-being through compassionate care and personalized attention.
